Sarah Steckler is a Wellness & Productivity Coach who helps individuals declutter their mind and simplify their life. She's the founder of The Self-Care Collective, a community focused on mindfulness, wellness practices, and personal growth, the creator of the Self-Love Guide, numerous other mindset and decluttering resources, and an upcoming monthly course resource library and membership site!
Sarah has coached over 100 people and has helped hundreds more in reclaiming their voice, sense of self, and living with aligned intention, purpose, and self-empowerment. She holds a Master's in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health & a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Sociology from Western Washington University. She believes in the power of self-awareness and both challenges and guides each of her clients to find their own truth instead of handing out advice.
Outside of her coaching practice, Sarah is a big fan of the outdoors, cuddling with her bulldog, visiting the library, catching up on Total Divas, collecting crystals, forest bathing, and baking goodies from scratch.
